Priya Kruthi works in the the project Measuring performance and experience for learning curve. She focus in three main topic during the independent study: (1) Build learning curve projection models under different assumption , (2) Review the literature given this understanding of learning curves, and in the question (3) What should we use as unit of experience in wastewater treatment facilities (for water recycled)? | Spring 2023

  • Kaitlin Fung, BS Chemical Engineering, REU Research Fellow and Undergraduate Research Assistant, University of Massachussets Amherst (Advisor: Dr. Erin Baker). I was an external mentor. Kaitlin developed patent search algorithm to retrieve domain specific data sets to analyze cost trends and innovation activity with an application to wind energy. | 2020 – 2022

Kaitlin’s research paper: Rethinking the patent domains: An application to wind energy

  • Gonzalo O. Garcia Rodriguez, Undergraduate Research Special Project, University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez (Advisor: Dr. Mayra Mendez).
